Delivery Partners & Order Fulfilment Terms

We're proud to bring you our mouth-watering food fresh, fast, and full of flavour. To make ordering even more convenient for you, we’ve partnered with trusted third-party delivery platforms: Uber Eats, Just Eat, and soon also Deliveroo.

These partnerships help us serve more customers efficiently, especially during peak times. Whether you're ordering a casual lunch, a late-night bite, or something in between, here’s what you need to know when using these services.

How It Works

When you place an order with us through Uber Eats, Just Eat, or Deliveroo, your food is prepared by our team with the same care and quality you’d expect if you ordered directly. Once it’s ready, your order is collected by a driver assigned by that platform - this could be one of their own couriers or, when possible, one of our in-house drivers.

While we always try to use our own drivers to maintain a consistent experience, there are times - especially during busy hours - when we rely on our delivery partners to ensure your order gets to you without delay. After all, when it's busy, it's busy!

Delivery Responsibility

Once your order has been handed over to the delivery driver from the platform you used, the responsibility for your delivery passes to them. This means that:

  • Any delays, delivery issues, or concerns about the condition of your order should be addressed directly with the delivery platform (Uber Eats, Just Eat, or Deliveroo).

  • Each platform has its own support team and resolution process designed to help with tracking, refunds, or driver issues.

  • Unfortunately, once the food leaves our premises, we do not control the delivery process and cannot guarantee the timing, handling, or condition of the food upon arrival.

If you experience any issues with your delivery (e.g. late arrival, missing items, incorrect address, etc.), please contact the customer support team of the platform you ordered through. Our Promise

We will always do our best to:

  • Prepare your food to the highest standard

  • Ensure it’s packed securely and safely for travel

  • Use our in-house drivers where possible for a more direct service

We value every customer and want your experience with us to be as satisfying as the food itself. We’re here to help with any issues relating to the food quality or your order preparation. But for delivery-specific matters, your best and fastest route will be directly through the app or platform you used to place your order.
